What to consider in Used '06 M3 (e46) purchase

I've come across a fully (and I mean fully) loaded M3 with 300 miles on it. It has the Nav, SMG, Competition Pkg, Xenon, etc. What questions should I be asking to sort out this car? Does BMW offer a service to inspect the car? Carfax? What else should I be thinking about?

With that few miles, there's not too much to worry about, as long as the seller's story sounds genuine. You could pay a dealer to check it out, which might not be a bad idea. With SMG you don't have to worry to much about overrevs,
