VMR wheels fitment on the BMW F10 (550)

I need to find out ...

Has anyone bought this wheel (any wheel models) without using wheel spacers and have no issues of brake caliper clearance ?

Thanks for any suggestion & opinion !

Haven't seen any F10's with VMR Wheels quite yet, but I can certainly do some research with you to see if we can get the perfect fit if you like?

Which VMR wheel is striking your interest most?

Don't want to go 19" ... not many choices for the winter tires.

I have spoken to VMR office and I got NO real answer as to if any of their wheels will rub against the brake calipers (esp. the front)

The reason you probably didn't get a definite answer is because the F10 was just recently released, and we haven't had any customer cars come down so we can possibly do a test fit. From what I've researched though, it looks like the offsets should be around the mid thirties for a 18x8.5 wheel, if not the low thirties. Though this is just online research, the best way for us to determine what would be perfect for this vehicle, would be if a local member could contact myself, or VMR directly in order to get something worked out.

So if anybody is interested in possibly getting a test fit, let me know, and we'll update this thread accordingly to ensure that the forum members know what fitments will work best.

One of the blogger (Kfiend) installed his Breyton GTS 20*8.5 et35 (front) with a 11mm spacers so it can clear just the FRONT brake calipers; no spacers are needed for the rear.
