Take the tires off the wheels, sell them if they are in good condition, sell the wheels for as much as you can, do not show pics of what they look like on your car. Take all the money you get and buy something meant for your car. those wheels are not meant for a 3 series, offsets are waaaaaayyyyy off!
Now for lowering the car, just go H&R sport springs.

Yea those wheels arent the best looking. Sell them, buy you a set of Avant Garde or VMR's in either 19" or 18", then get a set of Eibach pros. they are the best springs for ride comfort, and handling. they perform amazingly, and ride so smoothly. A lot better than H&R in my opinion. go ahead and replace the shocks with it, youll have to do it down the road anyways as stock shocks will wear out faster. so save the 2 installation fees, and do it at once. I highly recommend Koni Yellows.

I recommend the H&R Touring Cup Kit or Koni FSD/Eibach Pro Kit. These are both spring and shock replacements that will lower the car and firm up handling without being too harsh for daily use.

I agree those rims don't suit your car. Even the Msport rims are better looking. Sell the rims and buy something more suitable for your car. My advice to ppl is dont just buy shitty rims because you want new rims. Save the money and spend the 3k on proper rims. You've got a bimmer, don't make it look cheap man.

Harsh guys. Get coilovers and you can adjust the ride height to suit your taste. They are not much more than springs/struts. Looks like you could drop it by 1.5-2 inches.
