hey guys, just need some advice, me and my mum were coming back from droping the kids off at school. got to a set of traffic lights and a big VX Zafera went into the back of us.

I was wondering if i can get my insurance comp to get the work done by BMW body shop. and if i can get a curtacy car from BMW and the insurance comp will pay BMW for giving me the car.

I dont want to be running around in a corsa curtacy car so i rather have a like for like car. is there any chance i will be able to rent a car and get the insurance comp to pay who i rent the car from eg. enteprise

Is there anyone on this forum who works at either BMW Cooper Body shop or BMW Prestion Hall?

The OP is in the UK. There are only a handful of members from the UK here and they will be the only ones that can give you advice - given that UK insurance law is far different from that in the US.

This post does prove, however, that there are bad English speakers everywhere - but we should give him the courtesy of assuming that English is a second language for the OP.
