Got rear-ended over the weekend...

My car was parked at a friend's apartment complex. Apparently, the lexus suv parked adjacent to me floored her car in reverse while on the phone, and backed into my car.

Never thought it would happen to me O:-D

It's in the shop right now. I hope she gets better quick! I got a dodge challenger (pos) as a rental car. i miss my car already!!!

Sorry to hear that, I hope the body shop will do their did best on fixing your car . I hate it when people reverse out of parking lot while on the phone....Driving forward with phone on one hand is bad enough, this one...I'm out of word to describe it..

Same thing happen to me this week. Hit & run though. $1300 in damages out of pocket, which is not too bad. It could have been worse.

sorry to hear....I have people getting on from a stop sign to the expressway as part of my daily commute now, and I've seen several accidents. When I'm on, I always cringe when I see people weaving behind me esp. when they're holding a cell, despite the state law banning it...

Given that he now has a JB car...one can safely imagine that he got rid of it fast after it was fixed...
