FK Silverline Install Questions...2

Well, picked these up used here on the board.

No instructions, but i've done this before.

#1 Is everyone using the factory bump stops (accessory springs) in the rear install on the konis? I finished the rear this afternoon and did that, wondering if was right way....

#2 Looking at what's left..., theres a round plate, looks like additional support/bracing for the oem HAT. It's round 4" diameter, with a series of holes in it. I assume it's additional support that would go over the hat and then bolt into the car, correct?

some said these are the OEM parts that go on top of the hat and then some said they are not the OEM parts, I'm having the same problem with my front suspension.
