Alignment Specs and Weight

Found a bunch of information about putting weights in a e46 for alignment, but I'm not coming up with much data for the e90. Does anybody here have a Bentley manual or data from BMW regarding this?

10k miles on PS2 RFTs gets a bit expensive..

BMW specifies 250# be added. In reality you should add the weight that is most commonly in your car. If you are predominantly the only person who drives it, put your weight (or yourself) in the seat while it's aligned.

Which are you wearing out more, the fronts or rears?

Rear by a large margin. Comparing the inside to the outside edges, I have more then 3xs the amount of tread on the outside.

Put the car up on the rack. Driver weight in driver seat.
Dial in less camber in the rear and check the rear toe as well.
The rears should wear more than the fronts but not as significantly as it seems you're making it out to be. You could be scrubbing the rears.
