I am not sure how far away you are willing to travel, but my cousin had his M3 vert done in Bedminster, NJ - the place is Gus and Buckey's Car Wash -- they also do tinting and stuff of that sort. According to google, about 50 min away

Bedminster isnt too bad. the 'dealer' coming up on the 3m website is only about 25min from me, but from the looks of his website its out of his garage, that kinda freaks me out...

He uses Ventureshield. It appears more invisible, since it doesn't have that orange peel like 3M. I had a 3M bra installed on my last car. Ventureshield was purchased by 3M.
He did a great job. He's currently does work for the following dealerships: Porsche, Lexus, Bentley and a few others. Oh yeah, the film needs to be waxed too.

Jay,
Thank you for the referral. Todd was $400 cheaper than my dealer. He seems to have a pretty busy schedule but thats usually a good sign. Hes going to do the work on my car this weekend, i'll report back and let him know you sent me. thanks again for this info, hes only 25 min away from me.

Just reporting back here that i had Clearbranj.com do the clear bra on my 328 this past weekend. I'm going to do a full write up once I get a chance to wash this filthy car, as its been raining and continues to rain in the NE.
I had Todd do: Full hood fenders mirrors entire front end (includes air dam) he did the lamps for me as well I'll post a new topic in the main forum regarding the product once i get the car clean but i have to add the following about Todd. His garage where he can do his installs is like a lab. there are computers, computer controlled machines that cut the film, its an immaculate work space where you could eat off the floors. In the first 30 seconds of meeting Todd its clear that he is a very particular guy, he has an eye for attention to detail, its obvious he cares about his work and takes great pride in it. Any of our cars would be in no better hands than with Todd. It took him about 4-5 hours to do the install and i was able to pick up the same day. Hes got a busy schedule so it takes some 'negotiation' to get yourself wedged into his calendar. I commute on the garden state parkway and the NJ Turnpike into work, i really have a much better peace of mind at highway speeds now especially after already having to install a new windshield after just 300 miles due to a rock hit. He cleaned the car to do the install, and my initial impression upon picking it up, of the Venture Shield is it's totally invisible. The only way you're seeing anything regarding the product is by putting your nose within 4 inches of an 'edge' (there arent many). Thus far, in all the lighting ive had the car under, sunny, cloudy, florescents in my garage, you cant tell that the product is on the car visually. In fact even by texture it even feels like a clear coat would. The covered panels still shine and reflect like the rest of the car naturally would. I'll write back once this weather clears and i give the car a good washing (hopefully by november?)
