335i is fixed....but

So i got my 335 back yesterday but not 1/2 mile from the body shop and "tada" the engine malfunction lamp.

Its making whining noises and it gets very loud at high rpms all that was changed was FMIC (which doesnt make noise or change the sound of the exhaust or motor)

A friend said maybe the turbos are shot.....but what could be the reason the motor gets louder than normal. I took a brief video but haven't had the chance to upload it yet.

Long story short its at the dealer and my SA has no clue what it is.

Any thoughts or input on what it could be?

What are "these issues" you refer to? The OP doesn't even know what the problem is yet, but here you are complaining of "these issues" as though this unknown problem is a common issue. Just sayin'...
