right license plate LED housing is not working

title is it.
right one is down. left one is working though.
i took it off and it looks fine apparently, not melted or all.

i tried to chat with e92lighting but they never answer me.
i sent them a message few weeks ago but didnt get any email.

I don't know about that product specifically but I've had aftermarket LEDs fail prematurely on me before...I'm guessing the electronics inside just die after a while if the quality isn't top notch
