from my guess, performance shock is probably meant to be with performance spring.
I wouldn't.

well the old performance kit was made for the stock zsp springs. I am going to get the old kit instead of the new one.

I will be trying this soon as I purchased the 'old' BMW Perf Suspension for $133. I currently have ZSP with Eibach Pro Kit and don't have the original ZSP springs.

If the Eibach Pro Kits are the most like stock, they should hopefully work well with the Perf Struts/Shocks.

More than anything I'm looking forward to being able to refresh all the mounting hardware, bump stops etc.

there are a handfull of people on here that put h&r sports on and kept their original shocks and it worked for some of them i dont see what the problem would be the pro kit is supposed to be more mild then the h&rs. i would imagine the performance shocks are better then the zsp

got the shocks and the sways yesterday. But currently not happy with the sways because they seems used and all ding up. Have to resolve that. Maybe next weekend.

Just got the BMW Perf struts and shocks installed today, along with trans+diff fluid change and -CDV. My 80k mile OE Sport struts were shot. They were easy to compress by hand and did not return back. So far it doesn't feel any stiffer, and there is definitely dampening happening now, most noticeable going over speed bumps. I will have it realigned of course, but it tracks same as before. When I had similar work done to swap springs, my alignment was spot on afterwards as well.

Now I really want to ditch the RFT's. Am eyeballing ContiExtreme DWS in A/S, or Ventus V12's for summer.
