Rotors 328 vs 335

question, i've just noticed the bigger rotors and calipers on the 335s and was wondering if these rotors and calipers would work without fitment issues on 328i? this can be an inexpensive upgrade.

thanks

The 335 rotors would not be a straight upgrade since your calipers will have to be moved further out (caliper bracket needed).

you would need the 335i carrier brackets, calipers, pads, and rotors to complete the swap. Maybe the brake line too, but idk. but it's all bolt-on.

You'll need to swap over the 335's caliper brackets, calipers, pads, and rotors. It's a common upgrade, but you can also consider other upgrades before and still have GREAT working brakes on the 328s.

I recommend checking out high-performance pads and upgrading the brakes lines first. PM me for our suggestions that work for our customers!

I noticed something interesting yesterday. I was at a dealership looking at a new 335i x-drive and it had the same type 161 wheels I had and the front rotor fit... BEARLY. The 161s are 17". I'm thinking the brakes will fit a 325/28 just fine if you have 17s and the proper brackets. I'm not sure though.
