Does Anyone have the New SEPTEMBER Money Factor and Residual LEASE RATES for the F10?

My 2011 535i went into production last week and my salesman said if the lease rates drop in September he would honor them. Based off of August rates I was quoted a Money Factor of .00181 and a residual of 61% for a 36 month 12k lease with 7 security deposits down. Has anyone seen the Money Factor and Residual %'s for September? Please post them if you have.
