Staggered set up i.e 28 255/35 18 with 7mm of tread and 2* 225/40 18 with 4-5mm of tread. Can sell separate or as a set. No punctures and the tyres are unmarked. These tyres come from my spare set of wheels and I am only selling them as I going to fit winter tyres to these rims. I am running PS2s on my car and they are considerably better than Conti Sport Contact 2s that I had on my last car.

Do the 225s have 7mm of tread as well? And can you tell me roughly how old they are please?

Sorry, I did not word the original post clearly, have edited it. the rears have 7mm of tread and the fronts are 4-5mm.

Seriously though, I'll have a think even though I was after a bit more on the fronts if I'm honest - can you tell me what the DOT number is on them please fella? Ta..

DOT is 6U CR.

Chris, the other bit.

It'll be 3 numbers with a triangle or most likely 4 numbers - it's usually in a little oval (right after the letters you listed which list the tyre as being manufactured in France

).
