Best service center in ChicagoLand?

I am actually in the western burbs. Due to some bad service at another BMW dealer, I need to change.

What is your favorite?

I have heard wonderful things about Patrick BMW. Supposedly their service is fantastic. I plan on checking them out, despite the drive from the southwest suburbs.

I've always had great service at Perillo, the sleezy commercials notwithstanding. They're extremely efficient. Not sure it's worth a trip into the city from the burbs though.

I've never had a problem with Patrick BMW's service department with any of my past M cars. I've seen a few E30 M3's and Z3M Coupes parked right outside the service area on different occasions which is always nice.

Couldn't stand motorwerks. Bought second BMW from Knauz, and loving them and service so far.

Dealers run hot and cold. I have never had a problem with Motorwerks, Knuaz BMW damaged my seats in a BMW I had, and will never go back.

Knauz Mercedes service really sucks!

..hot and cold.

They only two dealers in the Chi-area you "must" stay away from are Fields BMW and Bill Jacobs BMW.

Lauel was always great to me, just sucks Andre (SA) left. Ryan Burton at Bill Jacobs has been good too (formerly at Laurel) and I am told Gus at Knauz is mod friendly for the northern burb residents.

I have been to a few of the service centers in the western suburbs with the best one being Laurel Bmw in Westmont. Jay Buis is the SA i have been using and he is great. Always goes the extra mile.
The worst place, by far, is Elmhurst BMW. One of their managers, "Corey", was a complete jerk. I was trying to explain the lag to him, and he argued with me. Extremely confrontational. Never went there again.
Bill Jacobs doesn't have any personal touch. Always got a vibe that I was getting ripped off there.
So, Laurel is the place I choose to go to...

Agree with Laurel BMW - even though they are AutoNation. They tend to be willing to deal on performance parts as well, including DINAN.

Patrick gets my vote. If it doesn't have to be a dealer the guys at VS Motorsports are great.
