I got the reply from **********s
However, your exhaust was actually shipped straight from Remus headquarters here in the US - we never touched it There is no damage. The sticker on the "recess" says in three languages, (I don't think in Chinese however) that it is there for clearance purposes. Often times, a Remus Rear Silencer has to have a clearance relief to clear something underneath, such as a suspension component, or a trunk well, or whatever. Also, we use whatever used cardboard we can get for extra insulation / repackaging. The TV place next door has very strong 3 ply card board we use regularly for extra protection. A happy ending story

I wish we could get these pipes for the M with proper tips too. The ones they have are okay, but small and not at all the point of aftermarket.
Come on Remus...any chance they're thinking of a redesign - tips only? |

WITHOUT the 'recesses for clearance' in them, like they're trying to sell u on. Looks like someone ditched their tools and decided to use their knee instead.
