Bought my second Bimmer in 3 weeks!
Today I picked up a 1996 325is 5-spd coupe with 130k for the amazing price of $750. That's right! The thing runs mint too believe it or not. I will post pics soon, but I bought with the intent of flipping it for some cash.
Can't wait to clean her up and post some shots haha. |

Nice! Depending on condition and work that's already been done, it should be worth ballpark $3-4k (up to $5k if it's in excellent condition). Looking forward to seeing pics!

So I finally assessed the car yesterday. Engine, tranny and clutch seem to be very solid and much better than I was expecting. The interior has a few tears, but nothing to complain about. Then, aside from a few scratches and a small fender dent, it is solid. I will clean this beast up and take pics.
I was trying to find out exactly what engine is in it. The title says it is a 96 325is but I am still new to Bimmers and don't know exactly where to look to find out what engine is in it. |

OP, good luck with the rebuild. Should be a fun project! |

Soooo I was going to take some pictures yesterday and post them for the forum but someone drove by my house and offered me $2000 cash for it right then and there.
The thing literally got into my driveway on Saturday night at 8 and left it on Sunday at 4. Quickest $1250 I've ever made. The exterior and interior needed work for sure, but the engine was extremely dry and sounded great. |
