CD Changer and MOST bus connection

Has anyone completed this? When I got to the MOST bus connections, I was very concerned about changing them for the CD loop. How did you unplug and move the MOST connectors? There was no physical connector, just the fibre going into the blocks. Not like the install sheet led me to think. Dan
