Found this video (in spanish) that shows how 2 guys in down town Buenos Aires casually walking by at 4am, brake the glass with a hammer of a well know dealership and in less of 30 sec. leave with a brand new 3 series convertible for free!!!

The guy who shows up later is the security person from next door building.
It is obvious that they knew where the keys where and is well know that in south america you can get decent money for auto-parts on the black market.
