Anyway to change interior trim?
I wanted the aluminum,,,but wasn't going to wait several months for my e90 to be built and hauled over...So I ended up with the wood trim,,, Which I like
BUT being a die hard mac user, and all of their interfaces brushed aluminum, I would like to change it Is it possible? I'd imagine if so, it's costly |

yea just order it from your dealer, you might pay an arm and a leg, i think someone said they got some for less than 200$ though which is really cheap IMO

Well considering you're in Miami and I'm in Jacksonville that could be feasible...Just have to find a dealership willing to do it
Edit: nevermind..i re-read it, u also have wood lol (no pun intended) lol :-p |

try est. 700$ (stealership pricing)... which is an arm and a leg... and yes... you can do the trim work yourself... but i'd make sure you have those plastic tools to pop them out

There is a DIY in the DIY section that details the swap. It is3/10, 1 being easy, you just have to be patient and gentle.
Search in the For sale section, you'll surely find someone willing to sell you or swap with you. Heck, I have titanium matte in a box in my garage that I'll sell you cheap, I bought wood trim and did it myself and I'm very happy I did!

No, it's the base 325 trim from Canada and Europe. Brushed Aluminum is the optional along with wood here in Canada. It is plastic that looks like something metallic.

Then you probably know that the TM is the poor cousin...Wood and Alu are $600 options here in Canada. I paid $250 shipped to an e90post member for my wood.
