I got this 8gb ipod touch from a mail-in-rebate program from Apple, and have no use for it. It has the latest software since i just got it this week. It has never been use, or taken out from the original box. Everything that comes with it is included and never been touched. The only thing is that the UPC code from the box has been removed for the rebate purpose. Other than that, it is 100% brand new. Will include pictures shortly.
