MPG after Dinan

Having the Dinan stage 2 upgrade done in my 2009 35i X6. Was wondering if anyone have MPG changes with this or other Dinan upgrades, if so how significant?

Also, regarding the warranty. I'm at 30k of my 50k, with the Dinan upgrade and warranty am I out of luck after the original 50 despite the extra stress on the engine? I have the 100k maintenance but doubt that matters.
