Will BMW replace/fix these for me?

Just picked up my e92 328xi a few days ago and had a few questions about the 50k factory warranty that I have. My BMW has a passenger side trim piece that is loose, passenger side door sill that is coming off, and a front cup holder that is broken. Are these things covered by the 4yr/50k factory warranty? Let me know what you guys think

They are covered if the faults are caused by a manufacturing defect but not if the fault was caused by a third party or neglect.

On my previous car the door handle was peeling and it was replaced under warranty.

they replaced broken cup holder under warranty. It was a defect, not broken by me so you have to be careful about that.

On our previous E46, CPO but still under the 50K warranty, the dealer replaced the entire door pull assembly because the wood had a crack. No questions asked.

Just got the car back and the dealership either fixed or replaced everything. +1 for don jacobs BMW
