There does a someone have photograph of the where exhaust is confirmed?

if your question is whether the 330d twinpipe exhaust fits the 320d (assuming it is with particle filter - which means not bent down) then the answer is no.
you need to go with other solution to give the 320d a dual pipe look, I know Hartge or AC Schnitzer are offering this.
