M- Sport Springs compared to After markets!

Hello

I was just wondering, how much does the M-sport suspension lower's the car? and what aftermarket springs can I go for? and how much can I lower the car by! Currently My car have the 18" M-sport spoke wheels

It lowers the car 15mm, same as regular sport suspension

If you put coilovers on, they lowers upto 50- 70 mm
