My 2011 50i before and after (still dirty)

I picked up my 2011 X5 50i a few weeks ago, its been raining here for about that long as well.

I started with Black on black. It was nice to look at for about 3 days and then I was bored of the look.

Today I had all my wheels refinished to match the roof rails an the window trim.

Its going to get sunny in the next few days, ill have it detailed and post some new pics.

Let me know what you think.

Looks awesome, very clean in black with m-sport roof rails, no running boards, reflector blackout.

Nicely done!

I think it looked MUCH better with the black wheels, but it is a beautiful beast regardless. My wife wants basically the same car.

Like the redone wheels in the silver better on your truck. Looks great now.

I personally am not a fan of black on black. In fact, i wish I had gotten a white car now. I do like the black/aluminum look though.

I just ordered shaded rear lamps and once I know what is involved in the installation of the roof racks, I'll order the satin aluminum roof racks AND window trim for my car (not BMW parts).
