E92 smaller engines

hi guys... just wondering if any 1 has any info on when the E92 320Ci and the 320Cd will be launched in the UK? im fancying 1 of these next

Just saw today in bmw car mag a 320 e93 so i am sure they should apply it for e92 but nobody know when..

BMW Car Magazine did indeed mention a 170bhp 320i. Probably they come out when the E93 after being launched in Detroit in January (when you did read the article you probably have read that the Europe/UK launch of the E93) is in March 2007, I think that's also the time for the 320i, 320d will follow later on)

a salesman told me that there WILL be a E92 320i here but not anytime soon

The currently available v4, 2.0lt engine (320i, code N46) has indirect fuel injection. The new 2.0lt engine will have direct injection. So I think that we will wait a little bit more than we expect to. The new engine will have 170bhp too as it is mentioned above. I believe that this engine will replace N46 in all E9x models.
