E-Brake Handle - Pearlescent Chrome.

Pretty minor change, but I changed my Emergency Brake handle to match the short shift knob.....matches the Aluminum Trim better I think.

How'd you get the stock one off? Once you get the boot off, how does it attach? I know the boot is secured with a tie-wrap, but what about the handle itself?

Yep, the above thread covers it.

You pull the leather boot off the console, turn it inside out to expose the nylon tie. Snip the tie and remove the leather. Give the old handle a good tug and it comes right off - just some small spring clips to slide over. Assembly is the reverse - you will need another nylon tie. Main thing to watch is that you get the leather boot oriented correctly and not twisted before securing the tie. Takes less than 10 minutes.

looks really nice, especially with the aluminum trim. I was thinking about it, but I also like my black leather cover.... i'll give it some time before I decide. I have the short shifter, too.

Where the boot meets the console just squeeze inward and the clips on the plastic frame holding the leather should release - they are not very deep and come out and snap in easily.
