Black or Grey interior?

Which do you reccomend or prefer,black or grey interior(either with aluminum trim).

Grey looks good day 1 only.

I have a loaner car with grey and not too many kilometers on it and it looks awful.

I have always gotten black leather interior for a reason.

if you're talking charcoal grey then that's more of a contest but light grey, that's no contest. Black all the way.

I think Black leather has the most sporty look, especially with the aluminum trim.

i like black better aswell but when ur considering an interior color it should go with your exterior color awell.

The gray leather is so ehhh...bland, while the black leather, especially with the alum. trim is not only very sporty, but also has a nice contrast.

Black goes with all exteriors, and looks best longest. Grey, AND beige, stain too easily, and Grey looks very cheap to me.

When ordering my E90 sometime next year,I will choose black over the grey,personally after looking at some of the black interiors,I think its(as the kids say),badass. :rocks:

Maybe it's just me, but I have always thought that grey and aluminum trim do NOT go together well at all. Never have seen it in person (except for when I sat in an M3 with that combo), but I just never have liked it from the pictures I have seen. Grey with wood looks good though, black with aluminum looks amazing! Black and aluminum is a very sporty combo, would be my choice if I couldn't get black and wood for my 335i i'm ordering soon.

i am so bored with black interiors... all our cars have had the black interior, and we just got so sick and tired of them... so now i have the platinum leather, and our other car has light beige, and i find them not only easy to mantain, but the platinum i think looks stunning on my bmw

I feel the same way about grey looking cheap. For the longest time cheap American cars were offered with a grey interior among other choices but not black. Also Mercedes constantly gives me C-class loaners with a grey interior and it just looks sooo bland. Especially if paired with alu trim.

How I wished that the roof liner was also in black!--like in the individual's, m3's, s4's, r32's, etc.

Black is too $%#@& hot in the summer. For Texas I would prefer grey if my car was ever going to be outside.

You talking leather or vinyl?
I don't think you can get grey vinyl.
I chose grey leather because FL sun cooks you in black.
Neighbor has a 530 black/black and and a 330 white/beige. We compared interior temps last July. The black was 90 degrees hotter inside sitting in the sun.
I can't imagine getting into a cooking hot black vinyl car. "Gay" or not.
