Signed up for it.... they had some spots open on Friday. (Saturday was booked, and Sunday had one spot at 5pm) I'll follow up after I do it.

Went to this event.... it was pretty amazing for a free event like this.

They had a small race track, not single lane cone track in a parking lot.... but a pretty well mapped out little track. (I'd say about 50-60sec long). We got to drive C63, E63, and SL63 around the track as many times as we wanted. They had some small snacks and stuff set up, but the driving time was great. There weren't many people there, so wait times were pretty short. All in all... I drove the C63 2x, E63 3x, and the SL63 4x around the track. It was a very impressive event, especially being able to beat on a SL63 repeatedly on a small track.


The C63 was nice and more nimble/sporty than the E63. But IMO, neither seemed worth it. I've driven a 335i sedan on a small track, and it felt sharper and just as quick. (Doesn't sound nearly as nice though.) So with the C63 starting at $57k+, I would take a M3 sedan easily.


The SL63 on the other hand was just sex.
