E92 all-weather floor mats

Hi all,

I just got an '07 328xi coupe on Monday (my first BMW) and am loving it more and more every day (even thought it's only been two :-) ).

I swung by my dealer today to pick up some all-weather mats, seeing as how winter is coming here in Boston. They found a set (front and back), but it said "E90 3 Series" on the front and showed a picture of the sedan. I said I had a coupe and they said there was no difference in the mats.

I got home and tested them in my car. The front mats seem to fit ok, though not a perfect match. The rear mats, however, curl up over the short bar that holds part of the seat belt.

Are there specific E92 floor mats? If so, is there a part number(s) I might be able to give my dealer to either look them up or order them?

Thanks!

i think the dealer was just trying to sell the part... I don't know around your area, but in bloomfield nj, it seems like their idiots... I remember when i first got my 325i e46 sedan, i went to buy clear corners and the guy tried to sell me the regular once (dont remember the e type). I said, well, mine has a facelift, and he said, yeah, believe me they will fit. Right then and their i felt like pimp smackin him, but i held back and took him to see my car. Then he goes "ohh yeah, those facelifts". Chill bro if i were you return that and get your money back and find out from here the part number of the once that will fit your car and says "e92 coupe"... Good luck

Weird, I never hear dealers refer to cars by their codename. There are actually e90 floor mats? Nuts!

i think your dealer is wrong because i just bought all weather floor mats for my E90 and i believe they are specific for the E90 and E92. what dealer ship is this?

@Bruno: I sent you a pm.

I left a voice mail with my sales guy to work this out. When I got to the dealer, the parts guys were doing something so they didn't really spend much time with me. I did mention a couple times that I had a Coupe, but they seemed confident these were the mats for my car.

Thanks for the quick reply everyone.

Are the all weather mats for e92 coupe (51470398476 front, 51470413747 rear) the rubber mats or are they thicker carpet mats? I'm looking for the part number for the e92 coupe rubber mats.

Funny... I used my winter mats from old 2004 E46 ZHP.. they are not that far off... close fit.. but not perfect fit.. but its not completely far off.. i have probably .25 inche gap from the door .. shich is not that bad... as far as teh back.. they fits good with the exception that it does not go under the seat belt short bar....

These do not make sense to me. Can somebody PLEASE confirm the US part number for E92 black winter (non carpeted) mats.

These are the numbers I have and my dealer tells me the fronts are the same as E90?

These are the parts I got (in Beige) from circle:

[Item # 1]
1 item 82550412071 subtotal = $ 38.50 (No Tax)
Rubber Mats Front - Beige

[Item # 2]
1 item 82550417891 subtotal = $ 24.95 (No Tax)
Rubber Mats Rear - Beige

The front mats were labelled for E90, the rear for E92. The little tab on my rear mats fit nicely *under* the seat belt bar so they don't slide around. The front driver's mat is a hair long and tends to snag the clutch if you look at it funny, but I haven't installed the screw-in anchors yet.

Does Anthrazit mean Black?

Also, you initially posted front part number being 51470398476 which I can not see on above chart. Can you please confirm!

Once again thanks a lot for your help.
