looks like neither of them are CPO'd so at least your comparing apples to apples. I do like the blue one for the color combo, the remainder of the factory warranty and the price. The 2nd one doesn't seem as appealing as the 1st unless your dead set on a silver 3.

I'd go with the blue one.
I'd check the screws and port cover for wear and tear- just to see if prior owner had a tune he kept checking with BT scanner or install removal of the tune itself possibly scratching/slightly stripping a screw. Also check the battery cable for the same wear. If they appear messed with, reconsider as it's prob been beat hard - I say this for the low mileage it has. How long has it been sitting on the lot? But it does still have some warranty left from what you posted so ... get the service record for it. |

I saw this car as well, and they are actually listing it for $26,999 now.

Of the 2, I'd go with the Monaco Blue/Saddle coupe. Less miles, still under warranty and it has the sport package. Sport seats feel so much better than the standard ones and Saddle Brown is an awesome color (I'm biased).
But as mentioned before, do a thorough check to see if it's been tuned. There's post in the Turbo forum where someone had bought a used 335 and the dealer found a JB1 spliced into the ECU-dealer voided the warranty. New owner had no idea it was in there.

I'd also so with the Blue Bimmer... it has a 6MT, Sports package, and less miles.
