Brand new! Snow Performance Safe Injection Module and Flow gauge
SOLD! Here is the new safe injection module with the 5 pin harness with the wire for the flow gauge not the old one. They are both brand new in box, the safe injection is still in the original plastic wrap, however I did open the packet the manual came in, which is a seperate packet. The flow gauge is also brand new, never been used. I'm only selling because I'm going with the labonte setup. SafeInjection Module #30020 Price is normally $160 from snow, I'll sell $150 shipped. http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=13 Safe Injection Flow Gauge #30510 Price is normally $140 from snow, I'll sell $125 shipped http://www.snowperformance.net/product.php?pk=68 Package for both: $250 shipped. I will not go any lower so don't ask. Last edited by klipseracer; 06-16-2010 at 01:10 AM.. |

Hey, I won't promise you that it will, but it very well may work. You're probably better off passing on it unless you have or plan to get the snow stage 2/3 setup.
The safeinjection is standalone and it communicates in a proprietary way with the flow gauge. So if you want a gauge, you likely have to use the safe injection gauge and vice versa. There is a ground, 12v ignition power, flow gauge wire, failsafe trigger wire and the progressive 12v signal to the pump. The 12v ignition power wire is easy. Flow gauge wire would go right to the gauge I'm selling. Fail safe trigger would go to the procede or some other device like boost cut or warning light etc in the event of under/over flowrates ground, obvious the only one that I'm not positive is the purple wire. This is what I call the progressive 12v wire. The stage 2 kit sends a power signal to the pump. More power, the faster it pumps. So to ramp up the meth flow in accordance to boost signal its recieving, which makes it progressive, that voltage will go up to full power at 12v but it won't be constant. It may be at 6v and the pump is working half effort, but maybe its not needing to go full bore under minimal boost. The safeinjection unit needs to get an idea of how much the pump is pumping to know what is to be expected as far as actual flow is concerned. So it needs this signal to see how hard the pump SHOULD be working in order to determine if it is actually flowing the proper ammount. This is the only signal wire that is special, but I would venture to guess that the CMGS-FS kit uses the same concept. And if the pump is built to flow the same figure and is a 12v pump, I don't see why it wouldn't work. Would be worth asking cmgs. Last edited by klipseracer; 04-14-2010 at 12:27 PM.. |

What?? Sorry, why don't you show me a link. I have no idea what you're talking about. The only meth gauge BMS offers is the CMGS gauge. This is completely different. If you're talking about the BMS Tuning gauge, that is also different.

Oh sorry didnt see this was for the whole gauge- I was talking about this-"Add flow sensor and fluid level failsafe to any progressive kit-100"
But I think that must just be for the sensors Free Bump! |

CMGS kit and Snow Performance kits work in very different ways. Not the same at all.
