Help -- latex primer on interior vinyl

My girlfriend and I helped her brother out with some painting a little while ago, and of course I wasn't paying attention to getting anything on my ratty clothes... until I tracked a bunch of paint into her e46.

So now I've got to clean up several white latex primer streaks/smudges on grey interior vinyl, mostly by the door sills and the side of the center console. Any suggestions? My first reflex is goof-off, but I've melted a few plastic pieces with that over the years so I thought I'd check for better ideas first.

What takes latex primer off vinyl without wrecking it?
