Interior 6500K LEDs installed

Installed right after they came me (this morning)

Simply put, I love them!

They even dim as OEM, when you open/close car.

First pic, front dome and reading lights, both 6500K, second pic, reading lights in the rear for comparison, third is rear with 6000K dome and OEM reading lights. I ordered two pairs 6000K and 6500K, to see which are better. I think 6500K are better.

The interior lighting is not controlled by the ECU. But if you tried to replace the reading lights with LED as well. then there will be a chance for your dome lights to switch off after a few second. The current will trigger the dimming function.

This is so ironic. In homes, the regular light bulbs are a little too harsh on the eyes, so we go with "soft" ones which are more yellowish white. Now we're doing the opposite for our cars.

I cant understand people that go for Bimminian "Xenon" crap, mine are totally cool when lit plus brighter then OEM 5 watts bulbs

I asked the bulb question a while ago, some e90s (i guess newer models) use festoon type bulbs 37mm that are in dome and foot and door lights. I have 194 all way around and festoon type in the trunk and the face/visor thing.

So to be sure pop open the dome lights and see. Best advise

I don't have a Lux meter, but I would say brighter by at least 1/3. they have a 180 degree light beam output

BTW mds82, my version of LUX Rings is comming It won't be for sale thought, just for hobby.
