has anyone ordered and had a positive or negative experience w them?

Feb 23 2010
I ordered 1 gloss black m3 badge and received an email confirming receipt of the order that same night.

March 4 2010
I still hadn't received a tracking # or shipping confirmation so I emailed support.

March 7 2010
Taylor responded and stated that my order had gotten caught in the spam folder but the issue had been addressed and i should receive delivery by march 10 or 11.

March 12 2010
Still had not received the badge so I emailed Taylor for an update.

March 17 2010
Taylor had not yet responded nor did I receive the product so I emailed him again.

Ive also tried calling, left voice-mails, and I've heard nothing back.

Anyone have any insight on this company or what might be going on?

Hm..Taylor's a good guy IRL, what did you order? I didn't know he was a vendor here anymore lol

Taylor is a stand-up dude, but I'm pretty sure he's not on the forum any more. I've actually called and spoken to him directly. Do you have his number? If not, I may be able to find it for you.

yeah, if i were you id just send an email saying that your order is canceled if there is no response in 24 hours.

I'm damn close to doing that. This type of stuff really pisses me off. It follows me too. I just got ripped off from a seemingly legit guy on ebay...

What happened to customer service?
