What Kind Of Springs? Race Or Sport? H&r

So summertime is just around the corner and im getting ready to slap on some 19inch vertini riviera rims on. but i was wondering what kind of springs should i slap on my jetblack e92??

i was looking at some h&r springs but i noticed there is a "sport" and a "race" version. according to H&R website: Sport Spring Front: 1.3 Rear:1.2 MSRP: $369.00
Race Spring Front: 2.0 Rear:1.5 MSRP: $369.00
Both have the same MSRP (good chance i wont pay that much for them.. i hope) but do i go for the lower race springs? or is the sport springs low enough? anyone have some pics of either the two? thanks.

I bought eibach pro kit (around sport height) because it seemed like the perfect drop for performance.
But thats just my opinion.
If you are not going to get struts or shocks then I suggest the sport due to the stock shock having a possible problem with the lowest height.
I drive mine pretty hard so going with performance over looks was a big deal to me.
Lowest looks better, but with over all feel and longevity the sport is a wise choice.

Eibach doesn't really make a huge difference in ride hight. If you want the looks of a lowered car, do H&R sport. H&R race is a bit much for daily driving.

I would also consider getting upgraded shocks too, why do 50% of the suspension?

Just say screw it and get the race...go lower, it looks better...but just make sure you get the right shocks to match....talk to the vendors....they can help you....there are tons of pics on here of the sport and a few of the race....I have one pic of mine with sport in my garage but it's not very good...I'll see if I can find some more...

Go with H&R race if you want the most aggressive drop, sport if you want a conservative one.

Match them up with some good shocks like Konis, Bilsteins and you're all set.

I would go with the Sports unless you are after a real aggressive stance and firm ride. The race are a pretty drastic drop and increase in firmness while Sport IMO is a good compromise between performance and comfort.

I was being somewhat sarcastic about the race....the sports are a perfect drop as far as springs go...do some research on all the setups along with coilovers....
