extras that you got?

Receiving my car in a week and just wondering what other people have gotten EXTRA from their CA? Supposedly the mats are included in the pricing so i'm not sure what else I should ask for since i've paid so much for the car and had to wait an extra 20 or so days even though it wasn't really BMW's fault. Couple of days wait this is killing me!!

I got a full tank of 94 octane gas (or topped up with 94) and wheel locks.

Summer mats (4), winter mats (4), winter rubber trunk liner, bmw snow brush, logo keychain, gas, wheel locks, $150 parts gift cert, few free carwashes....

oh yeah, i forgot... i did get a $60 gift certificate and my dealer gives free car washes for it's customers every Saturday.

I got a set of rubber mats, a non-slip trunk mat and 2 keychains from my CA. The Parts Dept. guy on the other hand gave me a stainless steel insulated coffee mug, a bottle of wheel cleaner and a bottle of bug remover.

Is BMW still mailing out a DVD a few months after taking delivery? Or is that only for the US?
