How to adjust windshield sprayers?

My windshield sprayers squirt into my car a little when the windows are down even at a dead stop. How do I adjust that?

Should be able to put the tip of a pen or something in the nozzle and adjust it.

thank you, lol i searched for sprayer and nozzle, didn't think of spray lol.

I do a lot of history taking at work, and you learn to use the right words.... for example...

"Mr. Jones, do you drink alcohol?"
"No, but I do drink five or six beers a day"

"Mr. Jones, has your blood sugar been under control?"
"Yes, but I need more insulin because I've had to use twice as much."
