Newbee here
What's up guys, i'm new to this forum i currently come from e46fanatics.com, and now that i ordered a 07 335i coupe, i belong to the e90fanatics.com. I came accross one of your post's thru google, and found alot of information with a LOT of pics, so here i am. I see some of you guys are from e90fanatics so it's me billmister. Currently i placed an order for:
Metalic Space Gray Beige Leatherette w Poplar Gray wood Sport Package 6 speed Manual Trans 3 stage heated seats Navigation w/idrive I acctually placed the order 2 days ago, but now i'm iffy about the beige interior. I have black leatherette but i though something new would be cool. Any suggestions? BTW i def know i want leatherette. Although the leather colors look SWEET, i like the material of leatherette and how it holds up. Thanks |

I'd go black. I have seen saddle with space and that looked sharp. For some reason BMW's beige always makes me want to vomit. No offense to anyone who has it!
Welcome!

Welcome to e90post...
I'm with everybody else, for space grey, I'd definitely go with black'ette. Have you looked at black and light poplar combination?

Yeah thanks, I did check them out, but nothing beats checking them out in person, that's why i'm going in today to see both. I think most likely i'm going to keep the cream beige. I know it shows more when it gets dirty but, i haven't ever had one and i think it would match good with the poplar gray wood. we'll see

In NJ, the black should not be too hot. IMO the Black & Alu is the best matching interior. I have beige 'ette (totally agree with your preference for leatherette) with Montego blue and poplar. It's an interesting combination, light, good contrasts. I am changing the shift knob (short M) and maybe the steering wheel spiders. I think the creme beige goes great with Space, but black would be easier to take care of.

thanks bro i'm happy i was ble to change it... And i did think about the cleaning of it, or if my hands are dirty etc... i'm happy i got it in black. One think that kind of made me get annoyed to a minimum is the damn seat belt assistant. That looks cheap, and if people in my car don't know about it, they will most likely bang their hands into it and maybe break it. I know their is a part where I can dissable it but i don't want to mess with the passenger airbag not comming out in case of an accident

I have Black with Space Gray - i really like it. The beige looks cheap for some reason.
