factory warranty expiring in 3 weeks, anything that i need to knwo?
i don't have any problems with the car, aside from a slight squeeking noise from the front passenger wheel when i'm making a sharp left turn. i brought it in and they said it was "normal" but i'm going to bring it to another dealership to have them check it out.
as for oil changes, the last one was done in May 2009 at 27k miles, right now i'm sitting at 35k miles. will i be able to squeeze an oil change in? i pretty much want to see what i can get out of the factory warranty before it's up... |

I have squeaking coming from driver side rear wheel - known brake issue. Car is actually at the dealership right now getting new brakes on the rear. Talk to the shop foreman, if he's worth a s@#t then he'll know all about it and it is covered under warranty. This is what I brought in http://www.bmwtis.com/tsb/bulletins/...p/B340808g.htm just for reference.
You might be able to squeeze one more oil change out of them if you have a good relationship with your SA, but if the car doesn't say it needs one (and you aren't quite at the "minimum one oil change per year" mark) then they don't "have" to help you out.
