BMW's understated HP numbers
It's pretty well known that BMW understates its HP numbers so it will perform better than its competitors even though the specs may be similar. What is the approximate real hp figure for the 325i/330i?

if you talk about the HP in BM
you have to take a look at others first which car with 3.0i give you 231HP then 245 and now 275. this is our spec in gulf. +- 2 HP look at the MB E320 and 3.2Audi HP then answer. |

BMW does not usually understate its HP. The 335 is understated due to marketing reasons. Besides efficient drivetrains, BMW's also tend to be lighter and a bit smaller than many of their competitors. Thus, the HP-weight ratio may favor the BMW more so than the HP.
