Clarkson Topgear Mag

Clarksons column page 32 topgear magazine

He writes about types of people driving certain
cars, and labels certain drivers after whinny the poo
charaters, He says tiggers prefer BMWs and specifically
the M3!

And strangely he says as we move into 2010 the M3
is the only car he would consider buying!

He rants on about other stuff but finishes by saying
have you ever met anyone who wasn't delirious with joy
about their M3? Quite!

Apparently it's now RS4 drivers that carry that honor (according to Clarkson)

Yep, and soon to be RS5 owners...Audi keeping the V8 for the RS models and charging for the privilege...£60K...before options!

The M3 becomes the performance bargain.

Love it too. Never really wanted a vert, but since we got the Cooper S, I've changed my opinion. Have a mk1 S vert with the supercharger and love the whine of the engine when its shifting and absolutely love the exhaust burble on the overrun.

Was supposed to buy the Cooper D, but the S vert was sitting there in the showroom and had an extra couple of grand off due to the mk2 coming out...nuff said.

Yep, the wife being the wife had to have the vert, it's on 56 plate. Very tempted to give it the JC treatment
