My review-2nd day-335 Coupe ZSP-ZPP-Step

Test driving the 335 gave me only a small clue of what to expect and only after 2 days of driving this baby I'm totally impressed. I had an 06 330 before and I thought that handled very well but just lacked a "little" power. Not knocking the 330, but this car in fantastic! The cars is very tight on turns with gobs of power everywhere. I also thought what the heck $100 for some paddles for the rare time I might get bored...the steptronic is out of this world with matching downshifts and very quick upshifts. For those that are thinking about a manual, please test drive the auto before you put your money down. I should finish breaking it in this weekend as thay have opened up a 2.5 mile road course for a few hours tomorrow. I'm sure I looked strange going from 55-85mph on my 60 mile round trip to work the past few days doing a bit of a hard break in Could go on and on, but just needed to share this with other owners and soon to be owners of the 335

Manual mode, 3rd gear... 55-85.. 85-55... 55-85... 85-55.. sounds EXACTLY like my drive home from the dealer... :-) After a few days of this, I can really feel the car starting to want to pull more...

Congrats bob! Glad you finally got your car... I'm sure the wait, while disappointing, was well worth it now that you got it!

I have been pretty good about keeping it under 4500 and am very impressed with the performance at that level. A couple times in manual mode I let it run up to 5000 and everything becomes different, especially the harmonics. The thrust is incredible. Oh my lord how I cannot wait until the breakin is over to use the 5-7k range!

My new baby just had to pass an old smoking Cadillac on a long straight two way last weekend. We went a little over the the 4500 RPMs twice I think.
What a rush. That kickdown thingy is awesome but watchout out if you're trying to keep the revs down and under 100mph. +

After that we had to pass a new v6 Camry. I don't think he wanted us to pass him but that didn't matter.

Congrats on the car! Post pics when you have time. There aren't enough TiAg 335 pictures. Did you get the car tinted? If so, what product did you choose?

Great car. Envious of the clear turn signals. Don't try and squeeze into that right side garage after you've been out drinking beers with your friends...

YOU have to wait long?!?!

I ordered mine in mid October and the delivery window I got is in mid April to mid May

So while I look like a jackass while reading these forums and getting excited about soon (not soon enough ) to be my ride, all you buggers are enjoying the hell out of the car I just can't wait to join the dark side

Just thinking about my color combo makes me drool all over the place, I feel like a 13yrs old who just saw tits for the very first time

Congrats

I've been doing the sam thing to shift the revs. Running from 60mph to almost 100mph. Its funny, my brother was driving it and said "its got good power but nothing crazy". We had just pulled away from a light and he was slowing down and noticed he was going 94mph. This thing is wicked fast without ever knowing it. I was thinking o getting the clear bra however not conviced on the looks. Please post pics.

You can't really see it since I'm just doing bumper and side mirrors, but will post on Thursday. Will drop off this afternoon with work on Wednesday.
