HORRIBLE MPG... What could be the causes?

i'm having an average of 10.8 mpg.... my mpg was improved to 18.6mpg when I replaced my hpfp a few months ago. during the past two months, my mpg has decreased to 10.8 mpg. I did not change my driving style at all... what could be the problem?? all my other friends (who drive e92 335i too) are having 17.8mpg to 18.5mpg. a full tank of gas are only good for less than 190 miles...

i sanned my car with bt cable, but i didn't get any error code... i don't know what I should do or where to check for possible causes....

please help. Thank you!!

You have low MPG because you have a lead right foot.

You sure you're not driving an M3? 10mpg average is terrible for a 335.
