I'm getting a set of 20" breytons soon, wanted to know if anyone knows how to apply the white strip to the outer edge of the wheels....aka 'white attack'

Not sure if these "time attacks" that people put on rims are painted or decals, but in the motorcycling community...some of them put stripes on their rims as well (to be more visible to drivers)
