Replace main beam light cover: Help asap please
Ahoy hoy.
This is doingmy head in I had to replace my dipped beam lights and did not want to bloody remove the wheels to do it, so I took the main beam light cover off to gain access to the dipped lights. Main beam is one nearer to the kidney grille fwiw and its the bigger of the covers. I couldn't get my hands back there without removing the main beam covers first. Anyway all done but I just can't for the fucking life of me clip the thing back in place now. It seems completely impossible. Someone HELP lol before I go insane...

OK I worked it out. The end goes into this tiny hole thats so tight to the body its impossible to line up properly. I kept lining the bottom one up but not the top one.
Took a torch out there and managed it lol. Its just a case of after 30 tries at doing something you think "Must be doing this wrong". I wasn't though... lol.. Oh well done now

Was this on the left or right side, because from memory one side is harder due to gubbins being in the way?!
Now you know how to do it, how would you rate the easiness of the job out of 10, with 10 being the most easy!?

10 being the most easy? Backwards scale lol.
Well as someone whos changed his entire wheel, spring and braking system, fitted exhausts etc.. I'd have to say if 1 was piss easy, and 10 impossible, I'd have to say this was still only a 2 or 3 ... Thing is. It should not even be a 1. It should not even be on the scale. Stupid bloody awkward car !!! And on the diesels the drivers side is much more difficult due to the ATF reservoir and some other stuff...
