Do you ever clean your house mate? Same product are fine - no special stuff required. You're obviously not mad on cleaning you car, so the easy (cheap) option is best:

1. Hoover first (hoover mats indoors with carpet hoover)

2. Bowl of warm water with a tiny splash of light detergent (flash or similar) and a wet lint free cloth, gently clean all the surfaces and dry off with more lint free cloths (mums tea towels in other words)

3. For glass as above but dry immediately with dry cloths to remove streaks

4. Leather? Baby wipes. Fabric? Sticky lint roller.

5. Dash bits and vents etc. Get a big soft synthetic paintbrush to get all the dust out of the fiddly bits and vents etc.

6. Drive at 100mph with all the windows open to get all the remaining dust and fluff blasted out - freshens it up a treat too.

All the above are found in any house cleaning cupboard - Do not get caught in the 'special products' BS, all you need to do is get all the greasy marks and dust/dirt off everything, spraying all those shit products everywhere just makes it:

a) stink like hell
b) all need cleaning much more quickly
c) cost money
d) takes time
e) does nowt

All done for free in 30 mins.....Sorted

I don't know much about detailing/cleaning, but what I can say is that baby wipes work an absolute treat on the seats - I was really impressed!

Seconded. This is exactly what I've used for many years to clean all the interior surfaces of my cars. Flash multisurface (floor) cleaner is great. A microfibre cloth helps too.

The only other thing I've found which is a tad better is Simoniz foaming dash cleaner as it seems to be a detergent (soap) mixed in isopropyl alchohol and is slightly better at removing marks and leaves less residue, so stays cleaner for longer.

For windows you can just use the old dears window cleaner and newspaper if you wanna be cheap.

Doesn't flash contain bleach? If so I wouldn't have thought that would safe for interiors

highstyle is only available from an autosmart rep. (you may actually find some samples on fleabay) if you contact autosmart they can put you in touch with your nearest rep. They are generally very friendly and knowlegable people. they normally only deal with the trade, but most of the reps will help you out. Hope this helps.
