The xenons are the same in both cars. The headlamp sits on different mountings on the M3. Same issues getting them to work as any other xenon headlight on a non xenon car.

is it worthbuying or not i dont mind the error on the screen aslong as they are a direct fit

No they won't fit the E90 M3 uses E92 headlamps

Definitely not. Front of an M3 E90

All M3's use the coupe front so defo WONT fit.
