Apply Leather conditioner lotion buy hand or with MF towel?

Hey all, was wondering what gets better results, apply leather conditioner by hand, with a MF towel, or ever a wax applicator?

If you don't mind smelling like a leather store after you're done, your hands are the best tools for the job and you'll waste minimal amounts of conditioner...just make sure you wash 'em before you go to work (duh).

i use a mf towel.

I do it by hand, too. Even after washing your hands, though, you have that leather smell on them. Not that that's bad.

i use a wax applicator to apply... then buff with the other side (dry side) of the applicator.

Thanks folks, I think I'll try applying by hand this time and buffing with a applicator or MF. This should minimize the waste. How long do you think I should wait to buff? few hours?

i would condition all the seats... then buff asap... starting where you began.
